I believe the quality of life is determined by self-empowerment. All too often we subconsciously identify ourselves as victims. the truth, as I see it, is that we are all extremely powerful. The problem is we are not taught how to empower ourselves. One of the ways I learned to empower myself is with Hypnosis and Subliminal programming. In this way I learned to delete the programming of Society and implant self-empowerment. Hypnosis and Subliminal programming helped me to lose weight, prosper and live life according to my personal design! It is a continuous work in progress and I do not pretend to have all the answers but I do affirm my personal power and the ability to create my life on my terms. Does that mean I lead a problem free existence? No it means I solve my problems in mind first and watch patiently as my mind pictures are projected in to my world. The next Vice President

The next vice president should be Condi Rice. I think Dick Cheney needs to step down and President Bush appoint Condi Rice for Vice President. However, she does not want to be the next VP, so my second choice (no pun intended) would have to be Sen Bill Frist from Tennessee because the only way he will ever be President is to be nominated Vice President first and then be the Republican nominee for President in 2008.

Now for the Democratic challenger, I think either Barak Obama or Hillary Clinton should be the running mate to the next Democratic Presidential nominee.

false reporting

ATTN: MEDIA SOURCES THAT ERRONEOUSLY QUOTED/RELAYED FALSE REPORTS:

PLEASE HELP CORRECT THE BAD PRESS THAT WAS ERRONEOUSLY PRINTED ABOUT MICHAEL JACKSON.

He was not scheduled to perform at the World Music Awards ceremony. Apparently someone had started a rumor beforehand, probably in effort to enhance sales of tickets. It's amazing to still see today that major news outlets have not corrected these false accusations. Even some fans have attested that they were aware he wasn't actually scheduled to perform. And if you'll read the attached-below statements by fans who were present, you'll also see that the "booing" was not for Michael Jackson's performance, it was simply because the fans did not want him to leave the stage. Additional fabrications, such as blaming him for delays in the program, and other nonsense like stage fright and crying were additional outlandish abuses and fabrications of journalism/freedom of the press.

It seems as though someone(s) who was/were determined to cast a negative light on Michael Jackson simply chose to write these negative statements immediately after the show, and to send them around online. (I began to find them at about 11pm MST, that same evening of the show, being a seven-hour time-difference between London and Denver.) To my dismay, the following day, and since, I've seen similar articles throughout most of the news venues -- MOSTLY QUOTING OTHER'S ORIGINAL FALSE RELEASES FROM SOURCES LIKE DAILYMAIL.CO.UK; MIRROR.CO.UK; THESUN.CO.UK; TIMESONLINE.CO.UK ..

It's a shame that subsequently additional news sources simply quoted these original false reviews, rather than to have taken the time to find out the actual facts -- and/or rather than assume that these negative statements were correct, as they were not.

One cannot help but wonder who was behooved to initiate such false statements (Jarvis Cocker?? Or other known enemies?) -- AND THE SHAME IS THAT THE OTHER NEWS SOURCES DID NOT INVESTIGATE TO VALIDATE, OR TO CORRECT SUCH FOUL, INCORRECT STATEMENTS.

BUT IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO DO SO.. You still can demonstrate that you are of factual sources of news info, rather than being too lazy to find out the truth, or being willing to print damning lies -- like to save yourself some needed steps, phone calls, and/or one-on-one interviews with enough fans whom actually attended the show.

And how about the organizers of this show? I wonder whose idea it was to sell more tickets via falsely purporting that Michael was going to perform, when in fact he was only invited/agreed to accept an award. Yet, it was generous of him to have stepped forward to give at least some singing along with the choir -- probably in effort to appease those who were counting on some falsely promised/rumored performance.

Please expend some time, and space within your printed AND VOCAL means to give correct data regarding this American legend, who's been so UNFAIRLY DRAGGED HIM THROUGH THE MUD FOR FAR TOO LONG NOW -- primarily via lazy news reporters whom report false things before validating them as being facts.

.WMA Reviews: Are They Serious?.

After reading some of the many reviews concerning Michael's appearance at the UK World Music Awards I CAN SEE THAT THE MEDIA HASN'T CHANGED MUCH FROM THEIR USUAL NEGATIVE PURSUITS. No stone was left unturned as they picked apart Michael's every move, (or lack there of).

Was Michael really supposed to perform 'Thriller'? Neither Michael nor his spokesperson affirmed that Thriller would be performed. On the contrary, when Michael was asked if he would perform 'anything' during the WMA's, he said "no"....declaring that indeed it was only a rumor. How do we criticize him for not doing something that he was never supposed to do in the first place?

Instead of performing Thriller, Michael decided to sing 'We Are The World', a beautiful song dear to his heart which represents love and care for our world. How fortunate we are to have Michael share that performance with us all. How sad it is that it wasn't good enough for some.

They say that Michael's fans booed him..... I think not. Michael's fans are not that way and they know better than most people that 90% of all rumors about Michael are false. We as fans have lived with this type of stuff for years. We know how the media can be and we brace ourselves for anything......

Sure it would have been nice to see Michael perform Thriller, but he did what was in his heart. He certainly can't please everyone all of the time and just because the media hyped up the Thriller performance, doesn't mean he should change his plans to accommodate the hype. I think that's why we love him so much ,,, because he follows his heart. His heart is the key to how he became the legend that he is and will always be.

I commend Michael for his beautiful performance and I'm grateful that he took that time to share his talents with us all.

I was on stage with Michael Jackson as a part of the choir. It was an amazing experience but due to silly people running to Michael and jumping on him I don't blame him for not being able to sing a full song as he was being harassed.

The atmosphere at the awards was amazing. Almost everyone there came to see Michael and we weren't disappointed. People were cheering so loud it was deafening. Would have liked to see Michael perform the Thriller routine but hopefully there will be a new album and tour out soon. As for the boos, people booed at Rihanna because they wanted Michael. I felt very sorry for her. Michael was not booed at any time. Throughout the night loud chants for Michael could be heard, even during other artists' performances. It was clear he was the only artist the crowd wanted to see! I loved it.

I have to agree with all the negative comments. Lindsay Lohan didn't really host it, she came on 3 times in the entire night and fluffed her lines constantly. MJ's performance was a let down, but the fact that he was on stage was still a highlight. Also Katie Melua was absolutely amazing, As was Andrea Bocelli - which coming from someone not a fan of his genre is a big compliment. Glad I paid £40 and stood a matter of meters away from the stage rather than paying near to £100 to sit up in the gods far away from the stage.

I would like to say how disappointed I am that you saw Michael's appearance as "disappointing" and that you have reviewed it in a negative way. I was present at the Awards last night, dressed as Michael, and starting many chants. The boos were NOT for Michael. The reason booing occurred inside the arena was that when he had collected his award and made his way backstage, Rihanna came out on stage, much to the disappointment of Michael fans, because we wanted him out on stage for as long as possible.

Last night, Michael walked on stage to accept his award and the sound was deafening. He could barely say anything because it would have been drowned out by the screams from the fans. When he left the stage we all expected him to perform but we were instead given Rihanna, and the disappointment lead to the boos. But she stunned us all with an amazing performance and got the cheers she deserved. I DID spend £100 on my ticket and it was worth every last penny. Seeing the King of Pop live and in person is something that very few of my generation can say they've done.
